What this role involves

Headquarters: Sweden
URL: http://career.proxify.io

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer on behalf of our client to build, scale, and maintain an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that empowers application software teams to ship code safely, independently, and rapidly. In this role, you will treat the developer platform as a product—building self-service infrastructure abstractions, automated CI/CD capabilities, and guardrails that eliminate operational toil for product developers.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), or core DevOps, with a proven track record of designing and delivering Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
  • Expert-level mastery of Kubernetes administration, custom controller/operator architectures, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), and continuous delivery via GitOps tools (ArgoCD or Flux).

  • Deep proficiency using Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi to construct modular, reusable infrastructure blueprints across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Strong programming skills in Go or Python to build custom platform extensions, CLI tools, Kubernetes operators, and API integrations.

  • Practical experience building or integrating developer portals (e.g., Backstage, Port) and automated workflow engines to abstract infrastructure complexity.

  • Hands-on experience establishing end-to-end telemetry standards using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry for metric, log, and trace aggregation.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with cloud-native control plane abstractions like Crossplane.
  • Exposure to FinOps practices, container cost monitoring (e.g., Kubecost), and automated resource optimization.

  • Active contributions to open-source cloud-native projects (CNCF ecosystem).

  • Strong background in zero-trust security controls, secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), and compliance automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, build, and maintain self-service platform tools and developer portals that enable product teams to independently provision infrastructure, manage environments, and deploy services.
  • Maintain robust, automated GitOps delivery pipelines using ArgoCD/Flux, establishing safe deployment practices (canary, blue-green, automated rollbacks).

  • Maintain cluster health, upgrade lifecycles, autoscaling policies, and security policies across multi-region Kubernetes deployments.

  • Write production-grade Go/Python code to build custom Kubernetes operators, CLI utilities, and API automation to streamline developer workflows.

  • Establish platform-wide SLI/SLO tracking, implement centralized logging and tracing infrastructure, and enforce automated security and cost-compliance policies across environments.

Operator Gusto, Inc.: Agentic Operations Architect

Designs reusable patterns, standards, and tooling for agentic AI workflows across the organization to accelerate automation and ensure quality.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Denver, CO - Hybrid; New York, New York, United States; Phoenix, AZ - Remote; San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

About Gusto

At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

As an Agentic Operations Architect, you will own the reusable capabilities that make agentic service workflows possible, the patterns, primitives, standards, and tooling that other builders across the org use to automate discrete customer problems. You are not the owner of any single workflow. You are the reason a workflow that took six weeks takes two, and the reason the tenth one is safer than the first. You will prototype workflows yourself, but as a means to an end: to prove a pattern is sound, to find out what builders are missing, and to earn the right to set a standard.

About the Team:

The mission of our Service Transformation (CXT) team is to quickly evolve and scale how Gusto delivers outstanding service experiences and leverages AI to do so. Our team designs the systems, governance frameworks, and feedback loops that allow Gusto's service model to improve continuously, operate reliably, and earn the trust of the customers and employees who depend on it.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

Build the patterns

  • Design the reusable patterns for agentic service workflows, orchestration, HITL protocols, override and escalation logic, quality safeguards, so builders assemble from proven components
  • Set the standards builders work to, concrete enough to apply without you in the room
  • Prototype workflows selectively: to validate a pattern, expose a gap, or unblock a hard problem, then extract the reusable part and hand it off
  • Pull learnings from every build back into the shared patterns, so each one is faster and safer than the last

Shape the platform

  • Influence Product on what to build next: turn what's slowing builders down into specific, prioritized asks backed by evidence
  • Prototype around gaps the platform doesn't cover yet, proving a capability is worth building before USP invests
  • Be honest in both directions about the distance between what builders need and what exists

Point capacity at the right problems

  • Rank automation opportunities by volume, risk, and customer impact, mining SOPs, operational metrics, and interaction data, to determine what gets built and where builders go
  • Work with Data to define how workflow performance gets measured, so every builder measures the same way
  • Identify where there are processes which exist which should not be automated

Carry the quality stakes

  • Bring what's at stake for customers into Legal, Security, Compliance, and platform reviews, so requirements land in the patterns instead of getting retrofitted per workflow
  • Represent how the portfolio is performing to senior stakeholders, briefly, and in a way that drives action

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • 8+ years in operations, product, or AI roles — with at least 2 years designing and deploying AI-assisted or agentic workflows in production
  • Hands-on experience with agentic tooling, orchestration frameworks, or MCP-style integrations, including multi-agent coordination — conceptual familiarity is not sufficient at this level
  • Strong fluency with LLM systems: prompt design, evaluation, and how models actually behave at scale
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems with clear escalation logic, override controls, and compliance-aware checkpoints
  • Ability to define and diagnose workflow metrics — solve and assist rate, containment, escalation quality — and to tell a real regression from noise
  • Proven track record influencing Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance in writing, in design reviews, and in high-stakes forums
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI practices, governance, and risk management in production
  • Prior experience in a function being actively redefined — you have built the plane while flying it before

Strongly preferred

  • Experience with RAG architectures and retrieval quality optimization
  • Ability to assess whether underlying data structures, quality, and governance can support reliable agentic performance
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments where compliance constraints are real
  • Exposure to AI governance or safety-oriented review processes

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $168,420/yr to $210,525/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $197,895/yr to $247,369/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.

Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Gusto.

Gusto is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Crypto to own content strategy and go-to-market storytelling for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products. This role is ideal for a crypto-native content marketer who can translate complex concepts—tokenization infrastructure, on-chain asset mechanics, and institutional crypto workflows—into clear, compelling narratives for exchanges, issuers, market makers, and other institutional partners.

You’ll sit at the intersection of content marketing, product storytelling, and crypto go-to-market, partnering closely with our crypto product team to support launches, partner announcements, and thought leadership. The pace of change in tokenization demands dedicated expertise: this is not a generalist role. You’ll help shape how the market understands Alpaca’s Instant Tokenization Network (ITN) and broader crypto infrastructure, turning product complexity into content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own content strategy for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products across both B2B and B2C channels
  • Write and edit educational and product-driven content such as launch posts, explainers, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership on tokenization and digital assets
  • Develop audience-specific messaging for distinct crypto buyer personas—issuers, market makers, exchanges, and institutional partners—and maintain a shared content playbook for approved language and positioning
  • Partner with the crypto product team to turn technical updates into clear, externally ready content, including briefs for upcoming GTMs
  • Translate internal product language into accurate, externally appropriate messaging, framing Alpaca’s role in tokenization workflows
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and ready to ship
  • Identify content opportunities based on product priorities, partner launches, and growth goals
  • Help improve discoverability and adoption through SEO, content refreshes, and audience-focused distribution

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related role, with meaningful time spent in crypto, Web3, or digital assets
  • Deep familiarity with crypto market structure, tokenization, and institutional crypto workflows
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex topics for sophisticated audiences
  • Experience creating go-to-market content for product launches, partner announcements, or B2B fintech/crypto products
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and marketing stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong judgment around audience, tone, and message clarity—especially when navigating regulated financial content
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and moving quickly across multiple concurrent launches

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a crypto-native company or with tokenization / RWA infrastructure
  • Background creating content for market makers, crypto exchanges, or institutional crypto audiences
  • Experience building content playbooks or messaging frameworks for technical products
  • Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated financial and crypto marketing content
  • Knowledge of on-chain asset mechanics, DeFi primitives, and cross-network asset movement
  • Based in North America

Why This Role

Tokenization is moving from narrative to infrastructure, and Alpaca is at the center of that shift. This is a chance to shape how institutional crypto audiences—exchanges, issuers, and market makers—understand what Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products can do, and how to get value from them quickly. You’ll play a key role in supporting a growing pipeline of partner launches and product GTMs at a pivotal moment for the business.

What You Bring

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner closely with product leaders to translate technical concepts into externally ready stories
  • A passion for understanding our crypto users: what they’re building, what workflows they care about, and how tokenization changes capital efficiency and market structure
  • Experience turning fast-moving product roadmaps into a coherent content and GTM narrative

How We Take Care of You:

  • Competitive Salary & Stock Options
  • Health Benefits
  • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
  • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card

Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

Where others see a simple need for grocery delivery, we see exciting complexity and endless opportunity to serve the varied needs of our community. We work to deliver an essential service that customers rely on to get their groceries and household goods, while also offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to Instacart Personal Shoppers.

Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table.

Instacart is a Flex First team

There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work.

OVERVIEW

The Developer Experience team at Instacart is the force multiplier for our 1000+ engineers. We define and build the platforms, tools, and practices that enable Instacart engineers to ship high-quality software faster — from AI-powered code review to build infrastructure, developer onboarding, and local development environments. Our success is measured in developer velocity: how quickly an engineer can take an idea from concept to production.

As a Staff Software Engineer on Developer Experience, you will lead the technical direction for the developer infrastructure that every Instacart engineer relies on. That spans local and remote development environments, CI pipelines and the feedback loop on every commit, pre-production environments that engineers and AI agents can trust, version-control infrastructure, and the AI-powered developer tooling woven through all of it. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You’ll write code, set architectural direction, and partner across the org to move engineering-wide metrics on developer velocity, CI reliability, and the time it takes to get a change safely into production.

About the Job

  • Lead the technical direction for Instacart’s local and remote development environments, including ephemeral environments, image-based provisioning, health checks, and the developer-facing ergonomics of the inner development loop.
  • Lead the technical direction for our CI pipeline infrastructure and the commit-to-feedback loop, CI reliability, failure diagnostics, flaky-test reduction, and shift-left validation.
  • Own the architecture and evolution of our pre-production environments, including staging stability, service-owner accountability models, and environments that let engineers and AI agents validate changes end-to-end in parallel.
  • Drive the reliability and resilience of our git infrastructure, git operations at monorepo scale, and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Advance AI-powered developer tooling across the workflow, AI-assisted code review, agentic development workflows, and the platforms that let engineers run many AI sessions in parallel with humans on the loop.
  • Design and drive multi-quarter initiatives that measurably improve developer velocity, CI reliability, pre-production health, and the local development loop.
  • Own the developer experience metrics for the systems you lead: define what “good” looks like, instrument it, and use the data to prioritize investment.
  • Partner with infrastructure, platform, and product engineering teams to roll out platform changes with minimal disruption
  • Set the technical bar for the systems you own on reliability, performance, upgrade cadence, and developer ergonomics.
  • Mentor engineers in the team and the broader engineering org; grow the community of developer infrastructure experts at Instacart.
  • Represent the team in cross-org technical discussions on local development experience, CI/CD, pre-production, and AI-augmented development.

About You

  • A hands-on technical leader who is equally comfortable in a CI pipeline definition, a design doc, a vision document, and a cross-org migration plan.
  • Metrics-driven. You use build times, CI failure rates, pre-production pass rates, feedback-loop latency, and developer feedback to guide where to invest.
  • A multiplier. You make the engineers around you more effective through mentorship, clear technical writing, and pragmatic guidance.
  • Comfortable driving cross-team change. You can build consensus for a migration or a platform shift and see it through to adoption.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Deep, hands-on experience operating CI/CD systems at scale (e.g., Buildkite, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI), including pipeline design, reliability, and performance tuning for large engineering organizations.
  • Experience building or operating local/remote development environments or developer platforms (e.g., ephemeral environments, dev containers, internal PaaS), with a point of view on the inner development loop.
  • Track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives with measurable impact on developer velocity, CI reliability, pre-production stability, or feedback-loop time.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes or equivalent).
  • Experience with large monorepos and the git infrastructure challenges that come with them.
  • Strong technical leadership: driving direction, mentoring engineers, and influencing without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience owning or evolving a developer environment platform used by a large engineering org.
  • Experience stabilizing pre-production / staging environments at scale, including establishing service-owner accountability and SLAs.
  • Experience with AI-powered developer tooling — AI code review, agentic coding workflows, or platforms that run async agentic work for engineers.
  • Experience defining and instrumenting developer productivity metrics (CI failure rate, feedback-loop time, pre-production pass rate, local dev loop).
  • Experience at high-growth companies operating developer infrastructure for large engineering organizations.

You own the product definition and platform maturity strategy, the intake, the backlog, and the multi-quarter roadmap for Platform & Infrastructure, and you put the rails in place so DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure teams, and the customers know what to prioritize next. Partnering directly with the VP of Engineering.

Alpaca is building infrastructure for programmable finance at global scale: new countries, global markets, products that must stay centralized, and products that must be deployable in any region. This seat exists so that work has a product owner — platform maturity, CI/CD, cost efficiency and attribution, and the infrastructure dependencies that product engineering keeps discovering too late.

Things You Get To Do

Own infrastructure as a product. Define and evolve a platform maturity model in the open. Internal customers are Alpaca engineers. The north star matches the Platform & Infrastructure charter: self-serve infrastructure on paved golden paths – any engineer can build, ship, authenticate, observe, and scale a service without filing a ticket. You are the product owner for Foundational Infrastructure inside the TPM team: efficiency ( cost attribution / chargeback) and the KPIs that prove the platform is getting easier to consume ( full CI/CD delivery and adoption).

Build the rails for monthly delivery. Teams already carve capacity for on-call, support, and upgrades. What remains is discovery and delivery. You make the next pull from a living roadmap obvious. You keep the central backlog and intake sane. You surface platform and infrastructure dependencies before they become surprises on someone else’s roadmap.

Drive platform maturity until maintenance windows disappear. Short term you will feel the pain of coordinating maintenance windows, runbooks, and market-hours constraints — because you cannot eliminate what you have not operated. The goal is 24⁄7 deployability across open and closed markets, globally.

Make the cost a first-class product surface. Work with infrastructure engineering and Finance on attribution, chargeback, and efficiency. This requires technical judgment: you have to understand why a node, a database, or a pipeline costs what it costs. Cost is one program, not the whole job.

Raise CI/CD and developer-platform adoption. Full CI/CD delivery and adoption is a stated KPI for this seat. Partner with DevOps App (ArgoCD, service mesh, API gateway) and Platform (AuthX, event streaming, DevEx) so golden paths get used, not documented and ignored.

Make infrastructure portable for global scale. Distinguish what must stay centralized to serve all of Alpaca from what must be packaged and deployable in new markets Alpaca will expand to.

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

  • 7+ years as a TPM, product manager technical, or equivalent, with a substantial portion of that time owning infrastructure, platform or developer experience.
  • You have owned a multi-team backlog, intake, and roadmap, and you have run a planning cadence that teams actually use.
  • You are technically fluent to be an equal partner to senior/staff engineers on compute infra, deployment pipelines (CI/CD), data stores, networking, and cost drivers. While you do not need to write production Terraform; you do need to know when a proposal is hand-wavy.
  • You get things done without a reporting line. You have influenced platform adoption across many teams.
  • You write and operate with crisp scope. You can say what this role does not own and still leave no gap.
  • You have worked in a market-hours-sensitive or regulated production environment, or another domain where deploy windows, change risk, and customer trust are real constraints.
  • You use AI and automation to remove program toil rather than add tooling.

Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves)

  • You have stood up a platform-maturity model, paved-path program, or internal developer platform.
  • You have eliminated or dramatically reduced maintenance windows or change-freeze culture in a production org.
  • Multi-region or multi-entity infrastructure: packaging a platform so a new region or booking center can be stood up without a hero project.
  • Capital markets, brokerage, or other FinTech infrastructure.

About the Role

A new role at FMG, the Director of Enterprise Onboarding & Migrations, owns the end-to-end delivery of every enterprise onboarding and every migration FMG runs. This is the single accountable owner for whether an enterprise client is successfully implemented on the platform and whether a book of advisors lands on FMG intact, on time, and compliant. The role breaks into two core responsibilities, onboarding new enterprise clients and running migrations for existing books, and both need to move predictably at real scale.

Onboarding starts when an enterprise client signs with FMG. Hundreds or thousands of advisors then need to be brought onto the platform, and for Customer Delivery, the focus is on website onboarding. The process generally follows a cadence. Sales brings a custom website request, we might create pre-approved design templates, we organize a dedicated team to get these websites onto the FMG platform through a Premium or Essential build, and then launch them. Our team also reports on progress to the Enterprise client along the way, so they feel supported.

Migrations work differently, but the accountability is the same. A migration is the movement of a group of advisor accounts from one home to another, and this role is ultimately responsible for the outcome of every one of them. Generally speaking, when a new type of onboarding shows up, this role figures out what it requires from the team.

Doing both well, and at scale, takes a specific kind of person. You need the executive presence to hold a hard conversation with a client’s senior leadership, the operational rigor to run a thousand-account migration without losing accounts, and enough technical depth to speak with product and engineering. Just as important, you need to think like a product person. The process here is a product. It needs a documented current state, a defined target state, and a sequenced roadmap of changes to get from one to the other, with the reasoning written down so the team can execute the plan.

You are helping create Enterprise Onboarding and Migrations as a real function, with documented process, defensible reporting, and a team structured to scale, while running live client programs. The goal is not to manage enterprise onboarding as it exists today. It is to build what it needs to become.

Compensation This position offers $80,000-$120,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

Enterprise Onboarding Delivery

  • Own the outcome of every enterprise onboarding program, from kick-off through go-live and transition to ongoing support.
  • Hold accountability for scope, timeline, milestones, and the issue log across all active programs simultaneously.
  • Own the website onboarding pipeline at scale, including advisor request intake, template governance, build coverage, and active project reporting.
  • Own P&B Enterprise project management, working closely with the Agency Revolution team to fulfill the projects.
  • Build and enforce the SOPs, templates, and infrastructure that make onboarding repeatable instead of custom each time.
  • Treat the process as a product. Maintain a roadmap of process and system improvements, sequence it against client demand, and drive it to completion with home office, product, and engineering partners.
  • Identify where a client’s request exceeds the standard package and drive the decision on scope, effort, and cost rather than absorbing it silently.

Migrations

  • Carry ultimate accountability for the outcome of every migration, including accuracy, completeness, timeline, and advisor/home office experience.
  • The team executes migrations day to day. You own the team, the method, and the result. Your job is to make sure they have a defined process, realistic capacity, and a clear quality bar, and to answer for the outcome when they do not.
  • Hold the Migrations Manager accountable for execution quality and develop that person into a genuine owner of the function.
  • Set the methodology: determine when an automation is the right route, when a manual migration is required, and what bar has to be met before a migration wave is considered done.
  • Own migration capacity planning, including sizing waves, sequencing them against client deadlines, and scaling external vendor capacity up and down as volume demands.
  • Establish the verification and QA standard so a completed migration is proven complete, not assumed complete.
  • Manage the risk surface: advisor communications, compliance resubmission, live-site continuity, in-flight builds, and the handoffs to billing, subscriptions, and support.
  • Report on progress to our enterprise partners, internally and externally, along the way.

Scoping and Pre-Sale Support

  • Join discovery and scoping calls with sales and business development partners on enterprise opportunities.
  • Own feasibility assessment and effort sizing, and give a defensible answer on what FMG can deliver, in what timeframe, and at what cost in team hours.
  • Say no, or say “not that way,” when an ask is not deliverable as scoped, and bring the alternative that is.

Client Leadership and Escalation

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for enterprise clients when a program is at risk or a client is unhappy.
  • Set and reset expectations with client-side executives directly, with the authority to hold a position under pressure.
  • Own the odd-shaped programs that do not fit any standard flow, and build the approach where none exists.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a small, senior team today, including a Migrations Manager, an Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager, and two Enterprise Onboarding Specialists, and scale it as the book grows.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance standards for the team, and hold people to them with documented, consistent follow-through.
  • Build the team and process a repeatable system.

Reporting and Operating Rhythm

  • Deliver a weekly state of the union across the full enterprise portfolio: in scoping, in build, at risk, and launching.
  • Maintain a single trustworthy source of program status that leadership can act on without asking clarifying questions.
  • Bring problems forward early with a recommendation attached, not after they have become client-visible.

What This Role Does Not Own - Named deliberately, because clarity here protects the role.

  • Design and copywriting production, which sits with the Design and Content organization within Customer Delivery.
  • The ongoing business-as-usual home office relationship after a program transitions to support.
  • Net-new enterprise deal ownership, pricing authority, and contracting, which sit with Business Development.
  • SMB and premium onboarding delivery for Wealth and P&B, which sits with the Director of Onboarding Delivery.

AI-First Expectation

FMG is building an AI-first delivery organization, and the Director of Enterprise Onboarding & Migrations is expected to be the internal driver of that shift for this function. That means identifying where AI tools and automation can replace the manual, repetitive work that dominates migrations and onboarding today, building the playbooks and standards that govern their use, and holding the team accountable for meaningful adoption. Migrations in particular are full of high-volume, rules-based, verifiable work, which makes this function one of the highest-leverage places in the company to apply automation.

This goes beyond using AI personally. It means deploying AI at the team level, changing how the work actually gets done, and being able to show the difference in throughput and quality. We are not looking for someone who is curious about AI. We are looking for someone who already thinks in systems and sees AI as the most powerful leverage point in a modern delivery organization.

What You Bring

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise client leadership and high-volume operational delivery. Strength in only one of those will not be enough.

Experience and Background

  • 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, professional services, product, or delivery leadership, with at least 3 years managing people.
  • Direct experience owning enterprise implementation programs end to end, with executive-level client stakeholders and hard external deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ownership of high-volume operational delivery at scale, such as data migrations, platform migrations, or mass provisioning, where accuracy across thousands of records was the measure of success.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or another regulated industry, with working knowledge of what compliance review means for delivery timelines.
  • Track record of building a function rather than inheriting one: writing the SOPs, defining the metrics, and standing up the operating rhythm.
  • Experience owning a process or system roadmap, not just running the process, including deciding what changes get built and in what order.
  • Experience managing external or outsourced delivery capacity, including scoping work to a vendor and holding it to a quality standard.
  • SaaS or platform delivery experience, with fluency in SSO, CRM integration, data provisioning, and API-adjacent concepts sufficient to lead technical conversations credibly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Executive presence. Can hold a room with a client’s senior leadership, deliver bad news cleanly, and reset an expectation without damaging the relationship.
  • Willingness to push back internally and externally, and the judgment to know which fights are worth having.
  • Rigorous operational discipline. Comfortable in the detail of a migration checklist and in a portfolio-level status review on the same day.
  • Product thinking. Can map a current-state process, define the target state and roadmap the changes between them.
  • Strong systems thinking, with a bias toward building the repeatable process over solving the same problem twice.
  • Credible technical range. Does not need to configure the platform, does need to know when an answer does not add up.
  • Clear, concise written communication, particularly status reporting that a busy executive can act on.
  • Ability to run many concurrent programs with competing external deadlines without losing the thread on any of them.
  • Genuine people leadership. Sets a high bar, gives direct feedback, and develops managers into owners.

At FMG, we believe in the wholehearted acceptance of each other regardless of our differences. We strive to foster an environment that allows everyone to contribute to our mission in their unique ways. With the belief that diversity propels innovation, we are continually finding ways to cultivate a commitment to inclusion in our employees, services, and products, as well as in the communities in which we live and work.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to providing employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, creed, color, gender, religion, marital status, domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, pregnancy, military or veteran status, and genetic information.  If you require accommodation to complete the application or interview process, please contact [email protected].

Healthcare Senior Director, Clinical Scientist -Neurodegeneration at Arvinas

Senior Director leads clinical research and development of protein degradation therapies for neurodegenerative diseases at a biotechnology company.

Lead Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Arvinas is a biotechnology company dedicated to improving the lives of patients suffering from debilitating and life-threatening diseases through the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapies that degrade disease-causing proteins. Arvinas uses its proprietary PROTAC Discovery Engine platform to engineer PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras, or PROTACs, that are designed to harness the body’s own natural protein disposal system to selectively and efficiently degrade and remove disease-causing proteins.

This differentiated approach has enabled Arvinas to build a broad pipeline of investigational therapies across oncology and neurodegenerative diseases, including ARV-102, targeting LRRK2 for neurodegenerative diseases; ARV-806, targeting KRAS G12D for mutated cancers, including pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers; ARV-393, targeting BCL6 for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin Lymphoma; ARV-027, targeting the polyglutamine-expanded androgen receptor, or polyQ-AR, in skeletal muscle for spinal bulbar muscular atrophy; and vepdegestrant, targeting the estrogen receptor for patients with locally advanced or metastatic ER+/HER2- breast cancer.

Building on its leadership in targeted protein degradation, Arvinas achieved a major milestone in May 2026 with the first-ever U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval of a PROTAC protein degrader therapy. The approval marked a significant advancement for the field and demonstrated the therapeutic potential of targeted protein degradation as a novel treatment modality. This PROTAC has been out-licensed for commercialization and further development.

#TeamArvinas is made up of passionate and curious employees, whose diverse thoughts and perspectives are highly valued. Arvinas employees embrace the freedom to pursue innovation, think creatively, and give back. They are driven by the company’s values and mission – to improve the lives of patients with serious diseases by pioneering therapies created with our revolutionary PROTAC protein degradation platform. We’re really excited about the work we’re doing inside and outside of Arvinas, and think you will be, too. But don’t just take our word for it – learn more about life at Arvinas and what employees have to say.

  • Contribute to development of internal and external presentations and publications, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, congress presentations, advisory-board materials, and investigator-meeting content.
  • Participate in publication planning and contribute to departmental working processes, standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices.

Study Conduct, Data Review, and Analysis

  • Provide senior clinical-science leadership from study start-up through closeout, including support for investigator and site training, enrollment and retention strategies, eligibility review, protocol deviation assessment, and resolution of clinical and scientific questions.
  • Lead development of medical monitoring and clinical data-review plans in partnership with the clinical research physician and safety colleagues.
  • Perform ongoing review and critical analysis of blinded and unblinded efficacy, safety, biomarker, imaging, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic data; integrate emerging findings to support dose selection, escalation or expansion decisions, study adaptation, and program strategy; and identify trends, inconsistencies, and questions requiring cross-functional action.
  • Responsible for processes for rater qualification, scale-administration standards, central review, inter-rater variability, data completeness, and missing-data mitigation in longitudinal neurodegeneration studies.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Translational Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Data Management, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and other functions to assure high-quality and timely study conduct, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support interpretation and communication of emerging benefit-risk information and prepare clear data summaries and recommendations for senior leadership, governance committees, advisory boards, investigators, and regulators.

Scientific and External Engagement

  • Perform literature searches and critically review and summarize scientific, drug-development, clinical, and regulatory literature to support protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, competitive assessments, and development strategy.
  • Monitor the neurodegeneration treatment landscape and emerging approaches in movement-disorder trial design, progression endpoints, biomarkers, imaging, digital measures, and patient-focused drug development.
  • Build productive relationships with movement-disorder investigators, key opinion leaders, patient advocacy organizations, clinical research networks, and external partners; support advisory boards and investigator meetings.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical-development experience, including substantial experience with global interventional studies and demonstrated leadership of early-phase clinical development; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated clinical-development experience in neurodegenerative disease or movement disorders required, with meaningful experience in Parkinson’s disease, PSP, atypical parkinsonism, tauopathies, or closely related conditions strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, the drug-development process, study design, statistics, clinical operations, and global regulatory expectations in neurodegenerative disease required.
  • Working knowledge of longitudinal efficacy endpoints, clinical rating scales, rater variability, disease progression, placebo effects, missing data, and operational challenges in neurodegeneration trials required.
  • Excellent project leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with demonstrated success leading matrix teams, exercising independent judgment, and influencing program-level and cross-functional decisions.
  • Ability to interpret complex clinical and biomarker data and communicate conclusions, limitations, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong team orientation, passionate commitment to patients and caregivers, and ability to work independently and reliably deliver high-quality objectives on time.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership of global early-phase clinical-development studies, including Phase 1, Phase 1b, or early proof-of-mechanism/proof-of-concept studies conducted across multiple countries or regions. Direct experience in neurodegenerative disease is strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing or leading early-phase studies that integrate safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, biomarkers, imaging, dose and regimen selection, and preliminary clinical activity to inform study and program decisions.
  • Direct experience with a global PSP or Parkinson’s disease study, including an early clinical-development or randomized proof-of-concept study. Experience with longer-term, placebo-controlled disease-progression studies is also desirable.
  • Experience with relevant neurodegeneration endpoints and assessments, such as the PSP Rating Scale, MDS-UPDRS, cognitive and global assessments, quality-of-life measures, MRI or fluid biomarkers, and patient- or caregiver-reported outcomes.
  • Experience with disease-modifying development programs and biomarker strategies involving tau, alpha-synuclein, lysosomal biology, genetically defined mechanisms, biologics, small molecules, or targeted protein degradation.
  • Experience addressing the scientific and operational complexities of multinational studies, including regional differences in standard of care, site capabilities, rater qualification, endpoint implementation, participant and caregiver burden, and regulatory expectations. Experience with central or remote rater programs, digital biomarkers, wearable sensors, imaging endpoints, CSF sampling, independent monitoring committees, and interactions with FDA, EMA, or other health authorities is desirable.
